Cancellation Policy
All appointments will be booked with a credit card. We understand that life happens and sometimes you’ll have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No problem! Please give us a minimum of 24-hours notice so we can accommodate other clients who are waiting to get services. For appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice, the cancellation fee is the full price of services (if less than $100) or $100 per hour of service time. If your appointment was part of a pre-purchased package or deal, it will be forfeited.
